Rosemary Pork Chops
Serves 4
Marinade:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried crushed rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (or juice of 1 lime)
1 tablespoon Dirk’s Good Seasonings! Tuscan Rosemary Salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped fine (or ¼ cup sweet onion)
4 pork chops, 1 to 1½ inch thick
Combine the first 7 ingredients* in a shallow dish or a sealable plastic bag and add the chops. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a least 1 hour and not more than 8 hours. Remove 30 minutes before grilling and discard the marinade. Season with Dirk’s Good Seasonings! Tuscan Rosemary Salt.
Grill to desired doneness on medium-high heat (10 minutes total time more or less).
This is a great marinade for pork tenderloin as well. And it can be used for lamb chops, butterflied leg of lamb, and chicken breasts too.
* You really do not have to be exact in the marinade proportions.
